By air mail in The States." and franked at 1s11d by 1932 2d, 2d vertical pair, 4d and 1s, perf 13 (2d) or 14, tied by individual strikes of RAROTONGA despatch cds, with registration and airmail labels at lower left. Backstamped at San Francisco (MAR 9) and New York (Mar 12). Slight creasing, still an exceptional and very rare commercial cover.
