He purchased a vineyard from Stefani Wines and 2018 was his first vintage. He has 16 plots of Shiraz, which he hand picks separately. His reds are unfined and unfiltered. The Syrahphim' is minimal intervention released in 2020 as the first release. Showing darker fruits on the palate as a more medium bodied Shiraz suitable for earlier drinking.
